(formerly, Tetra Pak Holding & Finance S.A.) in Tetra Pak (Philippines), Inc. has been reported lost.
Abovementioned registration document should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or outward remittance of dividends pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular 1389 dated April 1 3, 1993, as amended.
