TO : ALL OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT : BOARD MEETING ON JANUARY 9 AND 10, 2013 AT THE PACE HEADQUARTERS, MANILA

The officers and board of directors of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold their Board Meeting on January 9 and 10, 2013 at the PACE Headquarters, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is a prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association, shall submit a report of the conduct of the board meeting (including the complete list of the officers and directors who attended the board meeting) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
