D E C I S I O N

MAPA, J.:

CORRUPTION OF MINORS; REASONABLE DOUBT.—From the Court of First Instance of Zamboanga. Defendant was convicted of conniving at the prostitution of her minor daughter. The only proof against the accused was the statement of the offended daughter. Evidence held not sufficient to establish the guilt of the accused beyond a reasonable doubt. Judgment reversed; defendant acquitted.
