AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. (a) The sitio of Balanga in the barrio of San Andres, Municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas, is separated from said barrio and converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Sto. Nino Domingo; and (b) The sitio of San Antonio-Aplaya in the barrio of San Antonio, Municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas, is separated from said barrio and converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Bagong Danglayan.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
