ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS, INC (PHILACI) REGION 11

SUBJECT:

REGIONAL ASSEMBLY ON MARCH 15, 2010 AT THE EMARS HOTEL, RESTAURANT AND RESORT, TIMES BEACH, MATINA APLAYA, DAVAO CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. (PhilACI) Region 11, will hold its Regional Assembly on March 15, 2010 at the EMARS Hotel, Restaurant and Resort, Times Beach, Matina Aplaya, Davao City, in preparation for their forthcoming 6th National Convention and Seminar in December, 2010.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Nancy C. Cedeho, Regional Representative of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, a report within ten (10) days after their assembly.
