AN ACT TO AMEND ITEM (62), PAGE 162, PARAGRAPH (G) FOR THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (62), Page 162, Paragraph (G) for the Province of Laguna, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen, is amended to read as follows:

"62. Municipal Building, Alaminos Aid to the municipality for construction and/or improvement.....P3,000.00"

SEC. 2. The above amendment shall pertain only to the unexpended balance of the appropriation.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
