Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document Nos. (DE) 96-00498 and (DE) 97-00689 dated 7 May 1996 and 1 December 1997, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investments of HongKong Land (PPI) B.V., The Netherlands in Roxas Land Corporation, have been reported lost.
Above-mentioned documents have been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
