M.2015. 036 To: ALt FOREIGN BANKS BRANCHES Subject: Amendment to Main Report A of Report on Compliance with the Mandatory Agri-Agra Credit The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 269 dated 18 Februa ry 20L5, approved the exclusion from the computation of loanable funds the components of foreign banks branches "Net Due To Head Office/Branches/Agencies Abroad" pertaining to deposits/placements/borrowings which are of the same nature as interbank loans payables. The balances to be reflected in the Due To/From Head office/ Branches/Agencies Abroad accounts in Main Report A1 of the Report on Compliance with the Mandatory Agri-Agra Credit under Appendix 6 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks shall exclude the following sub-accounts: a. Exclusions from Due to Head office/Branches/Agencies Abroad account (i) Demand Deposits and working Balances maintained by Head office/Branches/Agencies Abroad with Philippine Branch of Foreign Banks; and (ii) Placements/Time Deposits/Borrowings; b. Exclusions from Due from Head Office/Branches/Agencies Abroad account (i) Demand Deposits and working Balances maintained by philippine Branch of Foreign Bank with its Head office/Branches/ Agencies Abroad; and (ii) Placements/lnvestments/Loans. This shall take effect beginning with the reporting period ending 31 December 20L5.
