REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4452 - AN ACT CONDONING THE DEBT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALLACAPAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE PESOS AND SIXTY-NINE CENTAVOS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The debt of the Municipality of Allacapan, Province of Cagayan, to the National Government in the amount of twenty-six thousand three hundred eighty-three pesos and sixty-nine centavos, is condoned.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
