TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRL4L COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE PROVINCES OF MAGUINDANAO, COTABATO, SULTAN KUDARAT AND CITY OF COTABATO

SUBJECT : GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE ON 15 AND 16 FEBRUARY 2001 IN COTABATO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Cotabato City Chapter m cooperation with the U.P. Law Center will conduct a General Law Practice Institute on 15 and 16 February 2001 at the Casablanca Restaurant Cotabato City.

Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report, on the-attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
