Please be advised that the Central Bank Registration Document No91-00435 dated 8 October 1991, evidencing registration of foreign direct investment of Glaxo Group Limited, England in Duncan Pharmaceuticals (Phils.), Inc. (formerly: Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals (Phils.), Inc.), has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated 13April 1993, as amended. CELIA M. GONZALES Director
