Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. A006191-DE dated February 5, 2001, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of International Finance Corporation, a multilateral company, in Planters Development Bank, has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividend remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
