REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3579 - AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Ilocos Norte, is further amended to read as follows:

"IIocos Norte, six assistant provincial fiscals."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
