Objective This Order promulgates minor modifications on BIR Form No. 0044 (Request for System Access / Access Revocation/ Annex A) to address the requirements of the Internal Revenue Integrated System (IRIS). II. Reiteration Clause Said modifications on BIR Form No. 0044 shall not in any way affect the existing policies and procedures on the granting and revocation of system access, as provided for under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 28-2020.
