REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2007 - AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS AND AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Items (153) and (156), under paragraph "aa. Leyte," section two of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred are amended to read as follows:

"(153) Construction of Home Economics Building, Central School, Capoocan P10,000.00"

"(156) Construction of upper Caghalo Barrio School, Carigara P10,000.00"

SEC. 2. Under paragraph "aa. Leyte," section two of the same Act, the following item, to be known as item (162), is inserted:

"(162) Construction of San Vicente Barrio School Building, Alang-alang P20,000.00" SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
