RMC No. 43-2002 — Announces that starting October 23, 2002, the BIR’s Accountable Forms Division will issue a Documentary Stamp with P 15 denomination Digest

REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 43-2002 issued on October 24, 2002 announces that starting October 23, 2002, the BIR Accountable Forms Division will issue a Documentary Stamp with a P 15 denomination. The general description of the Documentary Stamp, which has been designed and printed by the Banknote and Securities Printing Department of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, is specified in the Circular.
