D E C I S I O N

TRENT, J.:

Defendant was convicted of lesiones menos graves and sentenced to one month ans one day of arresto mayor, with accessories, and to pay an indemnity. The conviction is in accordance with article 418 of the Penal Code, and, in view of the mitigating circumstances of loss of reason and self control, judgment affirmed with allowance of half of the time of detention.
