Submission of quarterly Statement of Condition and Statement of Income and Expense by banking unit

By way of clarification of the amendment to Section X162.b.a of the Manual of Regulations under Circular No. 276, Series of 2001, all banking offices shall continue to submit the quarterly Statement of Condition and Statement of Income and Expense by banking unit (original and duplicate) directly to:

However, as provided in Circular No. 276, this may be alternatively complied with, effective for June 30, 2001 reports, through the submission to SRSO by the head office, on behalf of its branches and other offices, of an electronic copy of the batched reports of all of its banking units in accordance with the format to be prescribed for this purpose.
