by petitioner on March 14, 1988 on the round that petit ioner
is no longer interested in purauing its came due to the
destruction of pertinent records by fire in 1971 and there
being no objection on the purt of reapondent, the said motion is
hereby CRANTED.
Accordingly. let the petition for reviev be deened withdrewm
and the above-entitled case conbsidored closed and terainated
SO ORDERED
