Prohibition of loan sharks/financiers in all gaming establishments operated and regulated by PAGCOR; and 2. Table of Penalties of prohibited persons: Prohibited Persons Penaltv a. Government officials connected directly with the operation of the Government or any of its agencies; b. lmmediate relatives (parents, spouse and children) of Government officials' c. Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Php100,000.00 per entry Force and the Philippine National Police; per person d. Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders directly or indirectly involved in gaming operations; e. Persons included in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP); and f.
