To : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions under BSP Supervision Subject : Authorized Bank Officers of the Supervision and Examination Sector at the Regional Supervisory Services Divisions I (RSSD I – Cebu) and II (RSSD II – Davao) The Supervision and Examination Sector (SES) designates the following Bank Officers as contact persons at the BSP Regional Offices (BSPRO) in the cities of Cebu and Davao:

The above named personnel shall assist the SES in promptly identifying supervisory concerns involving BSP supervised institutions in the Visayas and Mindanao areas and reporting these concerns to the Head Office for appropriate action.  They have also been authorized to coordinate the handling of complaints and inquiries from the public to support the Financial Consumer Affairs Group of the SES.

BSP supervised institutions situated in the Visayas and Mindanao areas may seek the assistance of the designated persons in the checklist review of documentary requirements pertaining to a financial institution’s licensing applications.  Final action on these requests, however, shall remain with the SES Head Office in Manila.
