REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7542 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE HINUNANGAN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINUNANGAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, UPGRADING IT INTO A DISTRICT HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE HINUNANGAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Hinunangan Community Hospital in the Municipality of Hinunangan, Province of Southern Leyte, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-Five (25) beds and upgrading it into a district hospital to be known as the Hinunangan District Hospital.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
