SUBJECT REGULATORY FRAMEWORK FOR THE ACCREDITATION OF
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND PROCESSING OF SYSTEM- RELATED REQUESTS REV.NO.2
No. 2, containing the following amendments/revisions, among others: Please be informed that the PAGCOR's Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 19 September 2024, approved the impiementation of the Regulatory Framework for the Accreditation of Service Providers and Processing of System-Related Requests Rev.
1. Inclusion of a pop-up or reminder notice upon every entrylaccess to the
favor of the Government from the account of players who are found ineligible to play (sample attached); gaming lobby or webpage, informing the prospective players of the personalities that are not allowed to register and/or play online games. Said notice shall include a provision indicating the forfeiture of funds or credits in
2. Inclusion in the initial requirements during online player registration the submission of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie holding the submitted ID or any similar method/procedure of verification as may be determined to be similar or compliant by EGLD;
3. Reduction to three (3) calendar days from seven(7) days for online registration of players to conduct the full KYC process;
4. Provisions on the establishment of Gaming Venue shall not apply to Licensee of an Integrated Resort (IR) that is a holder of Gaming License;
5. Requiring the accredited Service Providers of Online Poker Games to
establish or contract a duly licensed Online Poker Games gaming venue with

a minimum of two (2) gaming terminals, in lieu of establishing or contracting a typical Poker Club. Accordingly, the provisions on the regulatory fees and Performance Cash Deposit (PCD) for Sports Betting shall likewise apply to Online Poker Games.
