Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document No. (DE) 95-00722 dated August 21, 1995, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Pharmacia International B.V., Netherlands in Pharmacia A.B. Philippines, Inc. has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividend remittance pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
