AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE REHABILITATION AND/OR RECONSTRUCTION OF THE HOUSE WHERE THE LATE CLARO M. RECTO WAS BORN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIAONG, PROVINCE OF QUEZON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the rehabilitation and/or reconstruction of the house where the late Claro M. Recto was born in the Municipality of Tiaong, Province of Quezon.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
