REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1217 - AN ACT AMENDING ITEM SIXTY-FOUR OF SUBSECTION (a) OF SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item 64 for Quezon Province (page 1 of subsection ( a ) of section one of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred seventy, entitled "An Act Appropriating Funds for Public Works," is hereby amended to read as follows:

"64. For the construction of a waterworks system in Polo, Padre Burgos ....................... P10,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
