CIRCULAR NO. 752 Series of 2012
Subject : Change in the Maturity of Placements in the Reserve Deposit Account Facility
Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution (MBR) No. 475 dated 22 March 2012, the provisions of Circular Nos. 539 dated 9 August 2006 and 551 dated 17 November 2006 are hereby amended as follows:
All new deposits in the reserve deposit account (RDA) facility shall be given a maturity date of 4 April 2012.
Any regulation of the BSP inconsistent herewith is deemed superseded or amended accordingly.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
