D E C I S I O N

MAPA, J.:

ROBBERY.—From the Court of First Instance of Iloilo. Norris, J.

The accused confessed at his preliminary hearing that he, in company with one Perfecto N. (alias Ytoc), went to the house of one Bonilla at night and, after breaking the lock of the inclosure drove away a female carabao and her calf, which belonged to said Bonilla. Convicted of robbery and sentenced to two years and one day of prision correccional. Evidence sufficient to sustain conviction but penalty imposed in accordance with the provisions of article 508 of the Penal Code. Judgment modified and penalty increased to three years.
