REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5877 - AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EXPERIMENTAL FISHERIES STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINAGAT, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

SECTION 1. There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Commissioner of Fisheries, an experimental fisheries station in the Municipality of Dinagat, Province of Surigao del Norte.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
