AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF COURT OF APPEALS JUSTICES AT THE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION ON THE RULES OF PROCEDURE ON FINANCIAL REHABILITATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), the Supreme Court Sub-Committee on Commercial Courts, will conduct a Roundtable Discussion on the Rules of Procedure on Financial Rehabilitation for Court of Appeals Justices (Manila) on September 4, 2014, at the Court of Appeals, Ma. Orosa St., Ermita, Manila.

Attendance in this roundtable discussion shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL TIME.
