To increase the single borrower's loan limit (SBL) from 15% to 25% of the unimpaired capital and surplus of expanded commercial banks, commercial banks, the Land Bank of the Philippines and the Development Bank of the Philippines
CBP CIRCULAR NO. 1333 Series of 1992
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 208 and 235 dated March 6 and March 16, 1992, respectively, decided to increase the single borrower's loan limit (SBL) from 15% to 25% of the unimpaired capital and surplus of expanded commercial banks, commercial banks, the Land Bank of the Philippines and the Development Bank of the Philippines.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
