REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10019 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE CROSSING STA. CLARA — SANDAYONG ROAD TO THE BOUNDARY OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE CONNECTING THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAGA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY AND THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

AN ACT CONVERTING THE CROSSING STA. CLARA — SANDAYONG ROAD TO THE BOUNDARY OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE CONNECTING THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAGA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY AND THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The road which starts from Crossing Sta. Clara — Sandayong to the boundary of Zamboanga del Norte connecting the Municipality of Naga, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay and the Province of Zamboanga del Norte is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
