Braulio Jonson Lagrisola on May 25, 2009 at 1:30 p.m., counsel for the Plaintiff moved for the withdrawal of the Information of this case. Counsel for the accused joined the motion of the State Prosecutor. The Court acting on the "Motion to Withdraw Information," posted by the Plaintiffs counsel on May 14, 2009, GRANTED the said motion in view of the Resolution of the Chief State Prosecutor, dated April 27, 2009, DISMISSING the case filed by the Bureau of Customs against the accused. Accordingly, the "Ex-parte Motion to Release Cash Bond," filed b the accused on May 27,2008, is hereby GRANTED.

RESOLUTION - C.T.A. Crim. Case No. 0-132 Page2 WHEREFORE, the "Information," filed on March 30, 2009, against the accused Engr. Braulio Jonson Lagrisola, IS hereby WITHDRAWN. Consequently, the bail bond posted in cash for the provisional liberty of the accused Engr. Braulio Jonson Lagrisola is hereby CANCELLED AND RELEASED to the accused. Accordingly, this case is now considered CLOSED AND TERMINATED. The "Motion to Suspend Arraignment" filed by the accused on May 20, 2009 is considered MOOT. The First Indorsement letter, dated May 19, 2009, filed by Police Senior Inspector, Ferjen Tugade Tarred, Chief of the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the Las Piiias City Police Station on May 26, 2009, is hereby NOTED. Let a copy of this resolution be furnished the Director of the National Bureau of Investigation, Manila; PNP Chief, Camp Crame; and the Station Commander of Las Pifias, City. SO ORDERED.
