TO : THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MetCJAP)

SUBJECT : THIRD QUARTERLY BOARD MEETING ON 4 AUGUST 2016 AT THE CIUDAD FERNANDINA HOTEL, PLARIDEL STREET, VIGAN CITY, ILOCOS SUR

The officers and board of trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MetCJAP) will hold their third quarterly board meeting on 4 August 2016, 3:00 p.m., at the Ciudad Fernandina Hotel, Plaridel Street, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend; the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local fund:} if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Belen G. Salespara-Carasig, Secretary General of the MetCJAP, shall submit to the Court Management Office, (t>ffice of the Court Administrator, a report on the meeting with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
