Petitioner moved for the withdrawal of the instant Petition for Review due to the information it obtained during the last week of March, 2007 from the Assistant Commissioner for the Assessment Service of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, that petitioner' s application for VAT Credit was already reviewed and that a Tax Credit Certificate may be issued in its favor. There being no objection on the part of the respondent, and finding merit m petitioner's Manifestation with Motion to Withdraw Petition, the same is hereby GRANTED.
