Petitioner manifests that in compliance with the Court' s April 10, 2012 Resolution, it has requested for certified true copies of the Letter dated June 28, 2011 issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue- Large Taxpayers Service ("BIR-LTS") and Tax Credit Certificate No. TCC200600003694 issued by the BIR-LTS on June 27, 2011 in the amount of PHP 21,492,476.21. Petitioner states further, that it anticipates that the request for certified true copies

Thus, petitioner is praying for an extension of twenty (20) days from April18, 2012, or until May 8, 2012 to submit the certified true copies. On May 2, 2012, petitioner filed a "Submission," submitting to the Court certified true copies of the following documents: 1. Letter dated June 28, 2011 issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue- Large Taxpayer's Service ("BIR-LTS"); and 2. Tax Credit Certificate No. TCC200600003694 issued by the BIR-LTS on June 27, 2011 for the amount of PHP 21,492,476.21. In view of the foregoing, petitioner's "Motion for Extension of Time to File Submission" is considered MOOT. The Court En Bane, finding petitioner's "Submission" to be in order resolves in favor of petitioner. WHEREFORE, petitioner's Motion to Withdraw the case, as stated in its July 26, 2011 "Manifestation" is hereby GRANTED. The Petition for Review is hereby deemed WITHDRAWN.
