REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5557 - AN ACT CREATING BARRIOS POLO, OWAON, BURGOS, BA-AO, SIGAYAN, SINONOK, CANLUCANI, GUIMPUTLAN, SILINOG AND ALIGUAY IN THE CITY OF DAPITAN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby created in the City of Dapitan, Barrios Polo, Owaon, Burgos, Ba-ao, Sigayan, Sinonok, Canlucani, Guimputlan, Silinog and Aliguay, their respective boundaries to be determined by the city council with the approval of the city mayor within six months after the approval of this Act.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
