TO : ALL JUDGES WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC.

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL SEMINAR AND CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC.

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc., will hold its 1998 National Convention and Seminar from 29 April to 1 May 1998 (Wednesday to Friday) at Davao City. All interested members of the said League can attend this Convention and Seminar and such attendance shall be on OFFICIAL TIME. Participants may avail themselves of financial assistance, if any, offered by the local governments.

The President of the Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc., shall submit to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the closing of the convention and seminar (1) a complete report on the activities undertaken during the same; and (2) copies of the registration and daily attendance sheets signed by the members actually present.
