Subject : Lost Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Registration Documents

Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Documents Nos. (DE) 2000-004 and (DE) 2000-012 dated 14 January 2000 and 2 February 2000, respectively, evidencing registration of the foreign direct equity investments of AIG Consumer Finance Group, Inc. in AIG Credit Card Company Philippines, Inc., have been reported lost.

Above-mentioned documents have been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividend remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
