SUMMARY

From orders of the Juvenile Court denying modification of its judgement dated August 31, 1956, appellant instituted this appeal

on the issue whether or not he should be given until 1961 within which to deliver 5,000 shares of stock to the appellees and to discharge the mortage on said shares. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal.

RULING

The period asked for having expired, the question raised herein has become moot and academic.
