REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4892 - AN ACT AMENDING SECTION FIFTY-FOUR OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SIX, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The third paragraph of Section fifty-four of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred ninety-six, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: "First Judicial District: At Santo Domingo de Basco, Province of Batanes, on the first Tuesday of May of each year. A special term of court shall be held once a year in the Municipality of Ballesteros, Province of Cagayan." SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
