REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9249 - AN ACT RENAMING THE BULACAN NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL STATE COLLEGE (BNASC) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ILDEFONSO, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, AS THE BULACAN AGRICULTURAL STATE COLLEGE (BASC)

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Bulacan National Agricultural State College (BNASC) in the Municipality of San Ildefonso, Province of Bulacan, is hereby renamed as the Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC).

SEC. 2. All laws or decrees inconsistent with the provision of this Act are hereby deemed amended accordingly.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
