In view of the appointment of an OIC-Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue (DcIR) for the Operations Group, the temporary authority given to the Assistant Commissioners (ACIRs) of the Assessment and Collection Services to approve and/or sign the documents listed in RDAO No. 1-2017 dated February 27, 2017 is hereby revoked and conferred to OIC-DCIR Arnel SD.
