REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6530 - AN ACT CREATING BARRIO TJ UPPER TINALIAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ABUYOG, PROVINCE OF LEYTE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. The sitio of Cabatangan in the Municipality of Abuyog, Province of Leyte, is hereby converted into a barrio to be known as Barrio TJ Upper Tinalian.

The proposed barrio shall be bounded as follows:

"On the North, from Cabato-an up to Tinalian Creek; on the East, from Cabato-an up to Cancaba-bat; on the South, from Big Lauan Tree up to Cancababat; and on the West, from Tinalian Creek: up to Cabatangan and the Big Lauan Tree."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
