Please be advised that BSRD No. (DE/S) 99-00020 dated 10 February1999 evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Sumitomo Bakelite Co. Ltd., Japan in SB Flex Philippines, Inc. has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividend remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
