Provide timely sublnission of information needed to be delivered by each office and division; arrd 3. Prescribe fonnat of the repofts. For purposes of attaining the above, the fi-equency, rnanner of subrnission, distribution, and the dcadline for submission of the reports and its format listed in Annex "A" of tlris Order shall be strictly cornplied. Reporls in soft copies, togeth,:r rvith the scanned copy of the transmifial duly siglrcd by the head of office, shall be submitted using therrnail account of lhe ireacl of office or his cluly auihorized represeltative. The date of enrail of the sending office shall be dcerned the date of receipt. The repotts c-nutnerated in Annex "B" shall be cliscontinuecl. Notr-colnpliance with the above shall be considered as violation of office rules and l.egulations witlr penalty as defined in the Revised Cocle ol Conduct as irnplemcpted by RMO No. 53-201 0. All other orclers, issuances ancl/or portions thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, anrended or rnodified accordilrgly. 'l-lris Order shall take effect irnnrediately. rtr& CAESAR R.
