c) Serve as the technical and administrative secretariat to the Board, preparing board documents, minutes, and implementing board policies and directives;
d) Directly manage and oversee the end-to-end implementation of all approved PPAS;
e) Ensure all infrastructure projects adhere to the engineering, (MPW) and Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Energy (MENRE), especially concerning geo-hazard zones and protected areas; resilience, and environmental standards set by the Ministry of Public Works climate
f) Initiate Integrated Area Development Programs in priority areas to ensure sustainability and optimal impact for its programs;
g) Call upon and coordinate with any BARMM ministry, office, or agency for necessary technical assistance to ensure project success;
h) Prepare the PMO annual budget, manage allotments, and monitor all expenditures to ensure optimal and efficient use of funds;

n) Submit quarterly financial and physical accomplishment reports to the MFBM Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA), Department oi Budget and Management (DBM) and OCM within 30 days after each quarter;
o) Publish all reports, geo-tagged photos of project sites, and status updates or the BARMM Unified PMO website to ensure public accountability;
