REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2875 - AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE HOLDING OF COURT SESSION FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALLESTEROS, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANCHEZ MIRA, SAME PROVINCE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION FIFTY-FOUR OF THE JUDICIARY ACT OF 1948, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The third paragraph of Section fifty-four of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred ninety-six, otherwise known as "The Judiciary Act of 1948," as amended, is further amended to read as follows:

"First Judicial District: At Santo Domingo de Basco, Province of Batanes, on the first Tuesday of March of each year. A special term of court shall also be held once a year in the municipalities of Sanchez Mira and Tuao, both of the Province of Cagayan."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
