X- - - - ------X RES 0 LUT I 0 N It appearing that respondent is not awar e of �any negotiation between the parties towards a compromise agreement for the settle- ment of this case which has been pending before this Court since April 28, 1982, and petitioner's counsel is most of the time absent whenever this appeal is called for hearing inspite of proper notice thereof, respondent's motion in open court on July 15, 1985 for the dismissal of the above-entitled case for non- appearance and lack of interest on the part of petitioner to prosecute its appeal is GRANTED.
