SUBJECT: NOTICE OF LOSS OF UNITED OVERSEAS BANK CHECKS (PESO)
All authorized Agent Banks are hereby advised of the loss of United Overseas Bank peso checks with inclusive serial numbers 0000327501 to 0000327600 for the account of SIMED & CO. INC., with Account No. 001013048459, Cubao Branch.
Please dishonor the checks and notify the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or the nearest law enforcing agency immediately should the checks be presented for encashment or negotiation.
